I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
My mother has been in this facility for two months and I have nevertheless to been able to admission/speak with her. I've left multiple emails & voicemails with both the executive director and social worker at this facility but haven't received a unmarried response. I have been completely cut off from my mother with nothing explanation. Nobody is advocating for my mother's care & best interests.

I visited this facility
Cerenity Marian has a great central location for visiting family unit members from every corner of the metro area. The staff showed us the large campus for assisted living with many areas for gathering, socializing, and relaxing. The residents were moving effectually, and the staff was decorated caring for the facility and residents. The standard of safe measures was loftier, the enclosed, private, outdoor courtyard was lovely, and the spacious rooms were well laid out with lots of windows brightening the space. My confidence with Cerenity - Marian was high. Having the skilled, the nursing care, transitional, and long-term care tier of help was a plus. We saw the one-bedrooms, and I loved the large, I don't know if you telephone call it a bay window, but it was beautiful. People played cards, they had activities that were prepare, only because of COVID nosotros weren't able to become to many of these spaces. I saw the workout room expanse through a little window. They were pretty tight on their COVID restrictions when we visited. When we narrow things downward, it definitely will exist on the listing.

My mom was particularly impressed by Cerenity because of the kind of personal attention and care. It felt more than intimate than other places. The staff is very circumspect. Everybody knows everybody by their first proper name and I think information technology was just a very welcoming acquaintance initially that she responded to.

We found the staff at Cerenity to be very caring and helpful. Their activities director gave us great information well-nigh all of the activities and trips available to residents. We were very pleased with the staffs engagement and attention to details. The facility itself was well kept upward and looked very clean. They had a nice upwards to engagement customs room, make clean bathrooms, and overall a squeamish place. The rooms available were a picayune bit small but had a nice view and a personal bathroom. Anybody was very helpful and went in a higher place and across to answer our questions. We spoke with a family that had their Grandma there for just over two years. They as well had bully things to say almost Cerenity and that their Grandma was very happy there. We chose this identify because of the level of service nosotros received from the staff. They did a slap-up job of showing usa all the reasons seniors want to live with Cerenity. Nosotros are very confident we made the right choice

My older sister is at The Residence at Cerenity Marian. She needs to be there, as she digresses with her health, we can move her simply basically from floor to floor. She is in contained living currently. We started her in assisted living and then she moved out without consulting with us. Right at present, we're merely monitoring her and making sure she stays OK in independent living. Information technology will exist two years at the end of this month. Without Covid, information technology's fabled considering they have volume clubs, prayer groups, and birthday parties once a month for anybody who was built-in in that month. They take fabulous nutrient. They take arts and crafts. They have a van that takes the residents to Target or Wal-Mart. They can become out and most. They also would take them to the State Fair or the Conservatory. They offering a lot of activities. The apartments are lovely. The environment is lovely. They're just very kind and caring people. If I become to visit my sister, I tin buy a repast ticket and bring together her for meals. You're getting your coin's worth. It's very adept value.

My mom is currently at Marian Heart (Cerenity Care Center). So far they are practiced. They're going through a remodel now, then she got moved down to a different floor. They nevertheless provide good care. The nursing home is pretty expert. The staff members are very good, the food looks practiced, and the care is good. It seems like a very good place. They have activities also.
